Meatballs in a jacket of Provolone Auricchio
Like a meatball casserole. Delicious meatballs are covered in a blanket of Auricchio in a savory tomato sauce.

Method
- Cook garlic in saute pan with oil. Add in the tomato purée and cook for 5 minutes, add 8 oz of water and cook with salt and pepper. Mix together the ground beef with herbs, shape into small meatballs. Place them into the sauce, cook gently for approx 10 minutes. Allow to rest briefly and serve covering the meatballs with the Slices of Sharp Provolone, place cover over pan so cheese melts. Serve with toasted bread.
