Dolce is a younger provolone, matured up to 60 days. It has a slightly sweet, mild flavor that makes this delicate specialty a favorite of the most discerning palate.

Dolce’s mild, buttery flavor is a hit with the whole family! This wax and rope specialty is an excellent all-around table cheese. The proprietary dolce rennet is of course the key.
